Place of Usage: It is used in all kinds of cake coatings, decorative and model coatings and decorations, chocolate and plain cake coatings.
Usage: The amount of dough to be applied is cut off and kneaded and shaped after its elasticity is achieved with hand heat. The cakes, models and figures applied should not be kept in humid environments so that they do not lose their shape. After each application, the mouth of the dough package should be closed and it should be prevented from drying out. If the coated cakes are stored in fanless cabinets at +6 °C, the shelf life will be longer
